i was making my first purchase with prettyclick. I had to buy a foundation and didnt know my shade because it was my first time buying a foundation online. I didnt know about prettyclick’s official website till then and thought to place my order via dm. Despite being a page with around 90 K folloeers(at that time)it was so kind of the staffs to instantly reply to me. I even asked them to help me pick my shade online( which is really funny 😂) and they asked me to send a picture of me without makeup and in natural light. I sent them a picture but with artificial lighting because i was too impatient😑😩 and then they suggested me a shade and i thought that would be too light for me and ended up buying wrong shade😖😭. Now i am out of budget to buy a good makeup for myself and i am trying to adjust in whatever i have.However i am thankful how they managed to be kind enough to reply to my messages and help me with my queries. No one would do that. Prettyclick has such a huge instagram fam and i can guess the amount of dms they might receive everyday. The instinct they showed was so kind❤.Keep the good work up, Prettyclick!.❤.Btw Sorry for being irritating😣.

Talking about my experience with prettyclick cosmetic as a makeup lover i always wanted to try authentic products which was rare in Nepal to be honest but when I heard about Prettyclick I was very excited. When I first visited the store in Times Square with my mom I got really happy and I wanted to buy everything😂. But the first product I bought from Prettyclick was Milani foundation, I was confused about which shade to choose but the staff there helped me a lot and I loved product so much even my mom and grandmom was in love with it.
