What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return period?
Prettyclick Cosmetics will not accept the return after the return period, No Exceptions.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes if the item is sealed and unused, within 7 days of purchase, you may exchange.
Can I Return an item I bought it from you?
Yes, you can return as long as it is sealed and unused within 7 day of purchase. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivered.
Product is used or altered.
Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item as long as it sealed and unused and return within 7 days of a purchase.
Do I have to go to same store or return or exchange?
No, you may go at any of our location for return and exchange.
I have received a damaged /defective /wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund if you report the problem a same day with a picture.
I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?
As long as it is sealed and unused you may return. If the seal is opened then you will not be able to return.
